Customer and CyberPie may be referred to in this Agreement individually as a “party” or jointly as the “parties.” This Agreement governs all purchased Products and Services, as defined below, provided by CyberPie to the Customer. CyberPie may update or make changes to these terms from time to time. CyberPie encourages you to periodically review and check this Agreement for updates to stay informed about the terms that govern your use of the Products and Services. Your continued use of the Products and Services after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes. The Products and Services may not be accessed for purposes of monitoring their availability, performance or functionality, or for any other benchmarking or competitive purposes, or as otherwise restricted by this Agreement.

Customer and CyberPie may be referred to in this Agreement individually as “customer” or “party”, or jointly as the “parties.”

We offer a 14 day free trial which includes access to resources and two ‘Weekly Slices’.
At the end of your free trial you will be contacted to subscribe so that you continue to receive access to CyberPie. The subscription is not automatically renewed at the end of the free trial, and no payment is taken.
The free trial is automatically cancelled after 14 days.
Your subscription automatically renews and you will be automatically billed until we receive notification that you want to cancel the subscription. You can cancel your subscription by contacting .
Subscriptions are priced at €15 a month or €130 annually.

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to change the amount due to this payment instrument.
If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
If you are a customer living in the United Kingdom or European Union you have the right to cancel your contract to purchase goods and services from within 14 days without giving notice. The cancellation period:

If you requested the performance of services begin during the cancellation period, you are required to pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been performed until you have communicated to us your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same form of payment as used for the initial purchase unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees because of the reimbursement.
This right to cancel and to reimbursement is not affected by any return or refund policy we may have.
